About Adam Sargent
I’m a Cornwall-based photographer and short-form videographer creating natural, useful content for restaurants, bars, hotels, food brands and events.
My work sits between hospitality photography, food and drink content, event coverage and social-first video. The aim is simple: to create images and clips that feel honest, look professional and give businesses something they can actually use across websites, social media, PR and campaigns.
A background in hospitality, not just photography
Before moving fully into photography and video, I spent over 15 years working in the drinks and hospitality industry, including brand and marketing roles with breweries, venues and hospitality businesses.
That experience shapes the way I work. I understand that shoots need to fit around service, staff, customers, weather, prep, launches, menus and real working venues. I also understand that businesses do not just need nice images. They need content that helps them promote what they do.
How I work
My style is natural, calm and unobtrusive. I focus on the details that make a place feel alive: food being served, drinks being poured, people interacting, chefs working, guests enjoying themselves and the atmosphere around it all.
Most shoots are planned around creating a useful content bank. That might include photography for a website, reels-ready video clips, social media content, PR images, campaign assets or a mixture of everything.

I work with restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels, breweries, food producers, festivals, events and hospitality brands across Cornwall, Devon and the South West.
Whether it is a new menu, a seasonal campaign, a launch event, a festival, a brand collaboration or a full content refresh, I help businesses create visuals that feel consistent and ready to use.
